Week 1

Awakening Awareness

Start gently with easy, accessible movements that map your body's two primary movement centers - the pelvis and the chest. Discover awareness - the heart of our method.

Week 2

Breath and Center

Turn your attention inward with breath awareness, then channel that quiet focus into coordinated circular movements. Find your center - the place from which all movement begins.

Week 3

Exploring From Your Side

Discover a new relationship with gravity by lying on your side. Free your shoulder joint through gentle rotations, then explore ease in your hips and lower back - upper body and lower body, one new perspective.

Week 4

Your Spine in Full

Explore how your vertebrae stand tall, curl forward, and turn - the fundamental movements of flexion, extension, and rotation that give your spine its full expressive range.

Week 5

Integration and Letting Go

Bring everything together as you learn to roll and transition through space - from back to stomach, from back to sitting. Discover the joy and magic of our method - letting go of unnecessary effort, trusting momentum, and moving with ease.

The Setting

Lessons are done mostly lying on a bed or mattress. All you need is comfortable clothing, a quiet space, and 30-40 minutes. No shoes, no equipment.
