Movement, not exercise
Bring easy movement back into your life.
Short guided audio lessons in the Feldenkrais Method, done lying down at home. Just a few quiet minutes a day, so you keep moving with ease for years to come.
7 days free. No credit card needed.

Guided by Chava Sorani, GCFP
Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. Every lesson is her voice, guiding you the way she would in person.
Does this sound like you?
- You know you need to move more. You've known for a while.
- Hard exercise is out. You hate it, or your body won't do it, or the hour never appears.
- You're starting to feel your body change, a stiffness here, a hesitation there.
- Quietly, you wonder what the next ten years will feel like.
- You've never found a way of moving that actually fits you.
So you wait. And every season of waiting, moving gets a little less easy, your world gets a little smaller, and the worry gets a little louder.
You haven't lost the ability to move. You've lost trust that moving can be gentle.
Feldy asks almost nothing from you. Lie down, listen, and let your body remember how easy movement can be.
This is not about doing more today. It is about still doing what you love, years from now.
The best movement practice is the one you'll still be doing next year.
The life you get to keep
None of it is impressive. All of it is the point.
- Out of bed on a cold morning, easy, on the first try
- Groceries in from the car, both arms full
- Turning to look over your shoulder as you back out of the driveway
- The stairs with your hands free, no grip on the rail
- Down on the floor with a grandchild, and up again without planning it
- The long walk to the far gate, and the whole trip waiting past it
A practice for people who don’t want to exercise
You don’t need to become an exercise person. You just need a way of moving you’ll actually keep doing.
Lying down, gentle
Every lesson happens on your floor or bed. Small, slow movements. Nothing forced.
Minutes a day
Ten to twenty quiet minutes. That is the whole ask.
No gym, no reps
No equipment, no counting, no sweating. Just a calm voice and your attention.
At home, any device
Press play on your phone or tablet, in your own room, in whatever you're wearing.
For the years ahead
The point isn't effort today. It's still kneeling in the garden, and getting back up, at 80.

This isn’t exercise
You've tried the effortful answers. Feldy asks for something else entirely.
Why so little does so much
1. It retrains, not strains.
Your body needs better instructions, not more effort. Each lesson teaches your brain smoother ways to move, so everyday movement costs you less.
2. Gentle is the method.
Your nervous system learns best when nothing is braced or forced. Small, slow, comfortable is the design, not a compromise.
3. Felt today, kept for years.
Most people stand up from the first lesson feeling lighter. A few minutes a day adds up to moving freely for years to come.
This is the Feldenkrais Method, taught for over 70 years and guided in Feldy by Chava Sorani, a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.
Selected research
Gentle movement, backed by research
More mobility, no strenuous exercise
In a randomized trial, older adults improved mobility, balance, and ease of movement through gentle Feldenkrais, without the need for strenuous exercise.
See the researchRandomized trial, Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies, 2015
Less afraid of falling, steadier on your feet
In two trials of older adults (average age 75, mostly women), gentle Feldenkrais improved balance and walking while easing the fear of falling.

Fear of moving fell about 40 percent
Because the movements are small and gentle, many people feel safer moving. In a 2025 study of women aged 60 to 80, fear of movement fell by about 40 percent.

Feldenkrais is a way of learning easier movement, not a medical treatment.
From users who don’t exercise either
“I never cared for sports. But I came to understand my body needs to keep moving, so I just open the app, press play, and lie on the floor. At 78 I feel more mobile than I did at 68.”
Linda K.
Grandmother of four, 78
“I knew I had to keep moving to hold on to what I still have, but I had never heard of Feldenkrais. I came curious, expecting nothing. A few lessons in, I was in love with it.”
Naomi S.
Retired, 64
“With fibromyalgia, everything used to feel like too much. Stretching hurts, and exercise flares me up. These lessons are so small and slow that my body doesn't fight back. First whole week without a flare in years.”
Rachel S.
Living with fibromyalgia, 54

Common questions
Is this exercise?
No. There are no reps, no effort, no sweat, and nothing to push through. You lie down, listen to Chava's voice, and make small, slow, comfortable movements. It feels closer to rest than to anything you've done in a class.
I hate working out. Is this really different?
It is, and you're exactly who this was made for. Everything you dislike, the strain, the keeping up, the soreness after, is absent here by design. If a movement isn't easy, the instruction is to make it smaller, not to try harder.
I'm not fit or flexible. Can I do it?
Yes. There is no level to reach and no baseline to meet. Every lesson invites you to move only within what feels comfortable today, and the lessons work exactly there. Whatever range you have is enough.
I'm in my 70s. Is it too late?
No. Your brain keeps learning new ways to move at every age, and these lessons speak to the brain, not to muscle. Many Feldy members are in their 70s, and started exactly where you are.
What's in the free trial?
Seven full days of the real program: guided lying-down lessons, the morning and bedtime rituals, on any device. No card and no commitment, so the only thing you're deciding today is whether to press play.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing, unless you choose it. There is no card on file, so nothing charges and there is nothing to cancel. If Feldy has earned a place in your day, you can subscribe then.
