What to Expect
Your first lesson is a gentle introduction to a new way of moving. Here is how to get the most out of it.
Find a quiet space
Choose a comfortable place where you can lie down undisturbed for about 20 minutes. A bed or mattress works well.
Press play and follow along
The voice will guide you through a series of gentle movements. Move slowly and only within your comfortable range.
Notice the differences
After the lesson, take a moment to stand and walk around. Most people notice they feel lighter, taller, or more balanced.
The golden rule: Never push through discomfort. If a movement feels difficult, make it smaller or simply imagine doing it. Ease is the goal, not effort.
People Like You Are Moving Better
Hear from people who started with a single lesson and discovered a new relationship with their body.
“I used to dread getting out of bed because my lower back would lock up every morning. After two weeks of following the program, I got up one morning and just... stood up. No bracing, no holding my breath. I almost cried.”
Sarah M.
Retired teacher, 62
“I was nervous about doing something online because I'm not very technical. But I open the app, press play, and lie on the floor. Each lesson builds on the last. At 78 I feel more mobile than I did at 68.”
Linda K.
Grandmother of four, 78
