Welcome to Feldy! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Feldy website (feldy.me), web application (app.feldy.me), and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Feldy (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Feldy, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent).
  • Have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
  • Have consulted a physician if you have any health concerns or pre-existing conditions.
  • Understand that you participate in all lessons and activities at your own risk.

2. Description of Service

Feldy provides an 8-week online course based on the Feldenkrais Method®, consisting of 16 audio-guided movement lessons, daily movement rituals, and optional extended content via monthly subscription. Feldy also provides Feldypedia, an educational reference resource with articles about movement, body awareness, and common conditions. Additionally, Feldy offers interactive tools including the Movement Match quiz, which provides personalized movement method suggestions based on your self-reported answers.

2.1 Educational Content Only

Feldypedia articles are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. The content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Feldypedia content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, or treatment. Movement Match quiz results are generated algorithmically based on your self-reported answers and are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional recommendations.

2.2 No Professional Relationship

Reading Feldypedia content does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional relationship between you and Feldy, its authors, or its contributors.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

3.1 Ownership

All content, including audio lessons, recordings, voice instruction, Feldypedia articles and reference content, and software, is the exclusive property of Feldy and is protected by Israeli and international copyright laws.

3.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license for non-commercial purposes only. This license is for your individual use and may not be shared with, assigned to, or transferred to any other person.

3.3 Prohibited Use

You may not copy, reproduce, download, extract, share, record, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute any content, including audio lessons and recordings. You may not create derivative works based on any content. You may not use lessons in group settings or for public venues without prior written permission from Feldy.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.

5. Course Purchase (One-Time)

5.1 Price & Access

  • Price: $79 (one-time payment).
  • Included: Lifetime access to the 16 core audio-guided movement lessons.
  • Limited-Time Features: Access to Daily Rituals is provided for 8 weeks only from the date of purchase.

5.2 Feature Expiration

You acknowledge that after 8 weeks, access to Daily Rituals will expire. Continued access requires a Monthly Subscription.

5.3 Lifetime Definition

“Lifetime access” refers to the period during which Feldy continues to operate and maintain the web application.

6. Monthly Subscription (Ongoing)

6.1 Price & Features

  • Price: $7.99/month (auto-renewing).
  • Included: Extended lesson library and continued access to Daily Rituals.

6.2 Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize Feldy to automatically charge your payment method each month until you cancel.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via your Account Settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

7. General Payment & Refund Terms

7.1 Taxes

Prices displayed include all applicable VAT or sales taxes (Inclusive Pricing).

7.2 Refund Policy

We offer a full refund on the $79 course purchase if requested within 14 days of purchase. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

7.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a bank chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent account termination. We will provide these Terms as evidence to financial institutions to contest such claims.

8. Medical Disclaimer

8.1 Not Medical Advice

Feldy is an educational program, not medical treatment.

8.2 Consult Your Physician

You MUST consult a doctor before starting if you have pre-existing conditions or injuries.

9. User Responsibility (The Golden Rule)

Physical movement carries inherent risks. You agree to move slowly, gently, and stop immediately if you experience pain. You participate entirely at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, Feldy’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10.1 Educational Content Liability

Feldy makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any Feldypedia content. You acknowledge that any actions you take based on Feldypedia content are at your own risk. Feldy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of or reliance on Feldypedia content. This includes any recommendations or suggestions generated by interactive tools such as the Movement Match quiz.

10.2 Third-Party Sources

Feldypedia articles may reference or link to third-party research, publications, and websites. Feldy does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party content. These references are provided for informational purposes only.

10.3 Content Currency

Feldypedia articles display a “last updated” date. While we strive to keep content current, medical and scientific understanding evolves. Feldy does not guarantee that all content reflects the most recent research at any given time.

11. Privacy & Third-Party Services

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Feldy uses third-party providers including Lemon Squeezy (Payments), Supabase (Storage), and Anthropic (AI). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Israel.
