Welcome to Feldy! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Feldy website (feldy.me), web application (app.feldy.me), and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Chava Sorani, a sole proprietor based in Israel doing business as Feldy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Registered address: 21 Mivtza-Barak St., Rishon Lezion 7544959, Israel.
By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Feldy, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent).
- Have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
- Are responsible for determining whether the Service is appropriate for you, and will consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, injury, or health concerns.
- Understand that you participate in all lessons and activities at your own risk.
2. Description of Service
Feldy provides an online movement program based on the Feldenkrais Method®, consisting of audio-guided movement lessons, daily movement rituals, and optional extended content via subscription. Feldy also offers a free, time-limited trial that provides access to a limited selection of the Service, as described in Section 5. Feldy also publishes educational and reference content, such as Feldypedia, the Blog, and other content or resources, covering movement, body awareness, and common conditions (collectively, “Educational Content”). Additionally, Feldy offers interactive tools including the Movement Match and fit quizzes, which provide personalized informational suggestions based on your self-reported answers.
2.1 Educational Content Only
Our Educational Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, or treatment. Quiz results (including the Movement Match and fit quizzes) are generated algorithmically based on your self-reported answers and are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional recommendations. Some features may use artificial intelligence technologies to assist with generating educational content or personalized suggestions. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and are provided for informational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as medical or professional advice.
2.2 No Professional Relationship
Reading our Educational Content does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional relationship between you and Feldy, its authors, or its contributors.
2.3 Service Availability & Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time, including any feature, lesson, or content. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and access may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. If we permanently discontinue a paid part of the Service, we will stop future charges and, where you have prepaid for a period you can no longer use, provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.
3. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
3.1 Ownership
All content, including audio lessons, recordings, voice instruction, Educational Content, and software, is the exclusive property of Feldy and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
3.2 Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license for non-commercial purposes only. This license is for your individual use and may not be shared with, assigned to, or transferred to any other person.
3.3 Prohibited Use
You may not copy, reproduce, download, extract, share, record, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute any content, including audio lessons and recordings. You may not create derivative works based on any content. You may not use lessons in group settings or for public venues without prior written permission from Feldy. You may not use automated systems to scrape, copy, extract, or collect content from the Service. You may not use the Service or its content to train artificial intelligence models.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account. You may request deletion of your account and personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, interfere with its security or operation, engage in fraudulent activity, or where we are required to do so by law.
5. Free Trial
5.1 What’s Included
We offer a free trial that gives new users access to a limited selection of the Service (for example, the daily movement rituals and a limited set of lessons) for a limited period, at no cost and with no credit card required. The trial’s duration and the content it includes are stated at the time you sign up and may differ from the full program.
5.2 Expiration
Access granted under the trial automatically ends when the trial period stated at signup expires. After that, trial content is locked until you start a subscription.
5.3 Eligibility
The free trial is limited to one per person and per account. We may decline or revoke a trial we reasonably believe has been used more than once, abused, or obtained through false information.
5.4 Trial Emails
Emails are part of the free trial. By starting a trial you provide an email address and will receive trial-related emails, such as your sign-in link, reminders, and messages about continuing with Feldy. You can unsubscribe from these emails using the link they contain, or end the trial and its emails entirely by deleting your account at any time. We handle your email as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.5 Changes to the Offer
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial (including its duration, the content it includes, and eligibility) at any time.
6. Subscription Plans
6.1 Price & Features
- A Feldy subscription is the way to access the full Service. It is available in monthly and annual plans, both auto-renewing. Pricing is displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
- While active, a subscription keeps your program lessons and the daily morning & bedtime rituals open, and unlocks the extended library of advanced lessons. The Feldy Program is the foundation sequence of lessons included with your subscription.
6.2 Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Feldy to automatically charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.
6.3 Cancellation & Lapse
You may cancel at any time via your Account Settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, the program lessons, daily rituals, and extended library lock when the current period ends, until you resubscribe. Access is also contingent on Feldy continuing to operate and maintain the web application.
6.4 Immediate Access & Right of Withdrawal
Where you are a consumer in the EU or UK, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may apply to your subscription. By starting your subscription and confirming at checkout that we may begin providing access immediately, you acknowledge that once access has begun you lose that right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law. A free trial is available (Section 5) so you can evaluate the Service at no cost before any charge.
6.5 Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any change applies to future billing periods, and where required by law we will give you advance notice. If you continue your subscription after a price change takes effect, that constitutes acceptance of the new price.
7. General Payment & Refund Terms
7.1 Taxes
Prices displayed include all applicable VAT or sales taxes (Inclusive Pricing).
7.2 Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and access is made available immediately. A free trial is available so you can try the Service at no cost before you are billed, and you can cancel at any time in your Account Settings to stop future charges and keep access until the end of your current billing period (Section 6.3). The free trial is provided at no charge, so there is nothing to refund. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country, which apply where required by law.
7.3 Chargebacks
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive payment disputes, and we may provide these Terms as evidence to financial institutions to contest such claims.
8. Medical Disclaimer
8.1 Not Medical Advice
Feldy is an educational program, not medical treatment. Feldy is not intended to diagnose, prevent, cure, or treat any medical condition.
8.2 When to Seek Professional Advice
You are responsible for determining whether participation in the Service is appropriate for you. If you have a medical condition, injury, or concerns about your health, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
8.3 No Guaranteed Results
Feldy does not guarantee any specific outcome, improvement, pain reduction, mobility change, or other result from use of the Service. Individual experiences vary.
9. Safe Participation & User Responsibility
Physical movement carries inherent risks. You agree to move slowly and gently, and to stop or reduce any movement if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or anything that feels unsafe. This is our golden rule: never move into pain. You participate entirely at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Feldy’s total liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feldy is not liable for any damages, including injuries, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
10.1 Educational Content Liability
Feldy makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any Educational Content. You acknowledge that any actions you take based on Educational Content are at your own risk. Feldy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of or reliance on Educational Content. This includes any recommendations or suggestions generated by interactive tools such as the Movement Match and fit quizzes.
10.2 Third-Party Sources
Our Educational Content may reference or link to third-party research, publications, and websites. Feldy does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party content. These references are provided for informational purposes only.
10.3 Content Currency
Some of our Educational Content displays a “last updated” date. While we strive to keep content current, medical and scientific understanding evolves. Feldy does not guarantee that all content reflects the most recent research at any given time.
11. Privacy & Third-Party Services
We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Some information you provide may relate to your wellness goals, physical concerns, or movement preferences, which we process as described in our Privacy Policy. Feldy uses third-party providers including Lemon Squeezy (Payments), Supabase (Storage), and Anthropic (AI). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, except that mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence continue to apply where required by law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
