About Feldy
Feldy is a gentle, intelligent movement practice for people whose bodies no longer move the way they used to. Through small, mindful movements rooted in the Feldenkrais Method®, it helps you rediscover ease, rebuild trust in your body, and keep doing the things that matter.
Feldy is not a library of videos. It is the Feldy online movement program, brought to your home. Every lesson is voiced and guided by Chava herself, with the same warmth, calm, and attention her in‑person students have known for years. Lessons are sequenced as a journey, not a content feed, so you always know what to practice next.
The practice is gentle on principle: you only ever go where it feels easy, pleasant, and comfortable. The change is rarely dramatic in a single lesson. It builds quietly, until one morning you stand up without bracing.
Meet Chava Sorani

Chava Sorani is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner (GCFP), a member of the Feldenkrais Guild® of North America and the International Feldenkrais Federation. For years she has taught the method in person, mostly to women in their sixties and seventies whose bodies were stiff, in pain, or no longer doing what they used to. What her students consistently say they value most is her warmth, the calm of her voice, and the way she pays attention to each person without comparing them to anyone else.
Chava trained in the Feldenkrais Method® and has worked with hundreds of students, from people living with chronic pain and post‑surgery recovery to anyone wanting to keep moving easily as their body changes. Her teaching is invitational rather than instructive: notice, explore, see how it feels. There is no right way to do a movement and no one to keep up with. Just you and your body, listening to each other.
Every Feldy lesson is created and voiced by Chava herself. When you press play, you step into the Feldy online movement program. You hear her voice. You follow her guidance. Wherever you are, she is there with you.
The research behind Feldy
Feldenkrais is gentle, but it is not unproven. A growing body of research, including a meta-analysis of randomized trials, links it to less pain, steadier balance, and easier daily movement. Here are some of the studies, written up in plain language.
- Feldenkrais for balance and the fear of falling
- Feldenkrais vs standard care for low back pain
- Does Feldenkrais actually work? What the evidence shows
- Adding Feldenkrais to exercise improves back pain outcomes
- Can Feldenkrais reduce stress at the hormonal level?
- What motion-capture labs reveal about movement quality
